[Rhodes22-list] Broken Goose Neck

Bud,
My setup has a washer and nut. Look at the bottom of the mast inside. Are
the 2 black sliders flanges? If so the upper flange is above the goose neck
bolt. If you are not talking about the flanges then I am not sure.
