     1.  There are several R22's in Texas.   A couple are listed on:

      2.  Actually, going to Edenton would be best.  Stan could put you up
for a night.  Only then would you understand the uniqueness of the Rhodes
22.  Keep in mind that Stan commissioned Phil Rhodes to design the Rhodes 22
when he was already mature and a very experienced sailor:
