My fuse box is in the new location.  I have a small cover over the old
place.  I suspect that the answer to your question is you could get one hand
in there.  However, I suspect as huge as you are that if scooted up in the
space between the cooler and the centerboard that you would have better
access to see what you are doing.  You might want put your hand in there
while watching from underneath.  In that case you would need to take your
shoes and socks off and use your toes to hold the bolt.
