[Rhodes22-list] FW :CB Cleat

Barry,

I think that might work.  I can't get my hand up there but I never thought
of fishing a line down to where I could tie onto a block of wood and pull it
up.  Or maybe wire would "fish" better.  Good idea--thanks!
