   This is an update on the email that I sent in earlier today. It
   reflects some feedback that several people were nice enough to give
   me.

   Rhodes 22, year 1976, in good condition. It has the usual items such
   as interior cushions,[good condition] swimmng ladder, the enclosure
   [excellent condition], a portapottie. It also have a roller furling
   jib that works well, a solid trailer that is highway ready [with
   spare], it comes with a very good 1988 Mariner 5 hp [pull start], and
   new deep foam cockpit cushions, and a new heavy duty outboard
   motor mount. It is currently in the water on Lake Murray near
   Columbia, S. C. but will be moving onto the hard within a couple of
   weeks at Waters Sails in Lexington, S.C. I am asking $4700. I also
   have a mid 80's Honda 9hp [pull start],. that might be available. You
