I guess I will  have to make an offer that you cannot refuse.

How about a day sail on a 20006 Tartan 3400 on Lake Champlain,  overnight in 
our guest suite on the lake, a gourmet dinner with your choice of wines from 
my 1000 bottle wine collection in exchange for a sail on your new Rhodes?  I 
have only fractional access to the Tartan and have quickly identified that 
the type of usage that my wife and I desire is large cockpit day sailing 
with our 6'4" son and grandsons that is available at a moments notice. We 
have two anchorages with our shorefront lot and while one is filled with a 
1962 mahogany and oak lapstrake outboard the other seems suited for a Rhodes 
22.  Stan mentioned that he had delivered a new
rhodes to the area and I assume that yours is the one.  It is delectable.
