Nice drawing, Tom. Thank you. So much for my notion about this being a
substitute for rerouting the sheets. But this whole discussion of the barber
hauler came up when someone (PT?) was asking about pointing. So my next
question is how does this help you point? Or, under what conditions would
you want to use the barber hauler? I can clearly see from your drawing how
it changes the sheet angle but why? To give you a deeper pocket in light
air? Of course in heavier air you want to flatten the sails so you wouldn't
use the BH then. Am I on the right track here?
