[Rhodes22-list] Practical use of wind power...

I have received information from on high (elevation of land, that is) about
the practical applications of wind power and energy production.  Since
Michael's effort to create controversy flopped, I will throw in the subject
of wind power for uses other than sailing.  See the following (hopefully
