Peter:
 	When you said, "Last time I was there Stan had an old T26 hull out
in the back."  Were you referring to his project in the back building or the
flower pots with trees going in them beside the building and driveway?
	Stan will not part with his project in the back building, nor will
he complete it and sell it.  He claims to have sailed it.  It has mounting
for a Rhodes mast and some stays. 
	He could use Rummy's technical expertise on fixing the leaks in the
roof. Stan has made real progress in cleaning up the building, it just needs
a waterproof roof.  Stan wants a modern paint shop back there and has it
partially framed.  It just rains inside when it rains outside.
