Thanks Hank. Do you know if Eric's boat is new? Refurbished? It just looked spotless - pristine - untouched by human feet, much less boat shoes. I was impressed. I hope ours looks that good. Too bad Eric isn't on the list, it would be good to know what he thinks of that marina. Dave
