[Rhodes22-list] Candle lanterns?

Thanks for posting, Rik,
This is the same candle lantern I have, and I now get them from
Campmor. The exact same item is also available from marine suppliers at
a considerably higher cost.
They have recently introduced the same style lantern designed to accept
"Tea Light" candles. I plan to get one to try it out this summer. The
original design is great. Waterproof, compact, wind resistant, doesn't
get too hot, candle lasts a long time, easy to replace, safe, throws a
soft light, -- a lot to like.
BTW -- if you don't have a subscription to the Campmor catalog, get
one. (No cost, I think--just provide address.) They carry many items
also carried by marine suppliers. They are aiming at a different
market, and their prices are always significantly lower.
