[Rhodes22-list] Subject: Motor / Tiller connector

I have a Yamaha 9.9 with the throttle up on the tiller.  I am intrigued 
by the idea
of connecting the motor to the tiller - such that the motor turns in 
sync with the rudder.
Does anyone have pictures of the motor/tiller connection assembly that 
they can post?
Also, is it a hassle to connect/disconnect - such as when you are 
pulling the motor up
when you get underway?
