View of a "military expert" - indeed -  and unsigned.  This  is how science 
gets a bad rap - junk scientists (or alleged scientists) write  up  trash 
fiction and people who should know better pass it around saying  "Oh, did you see 
this".  There's so much wrong with it that it's hard to  know where to start.  
In fact there's so much wrong with it that you have  to wonder why you'd even 
waste the time critiquing it.  It's junk.
