[Rhodes22-list] Project Boat/bottom primer

Hi Lou,

I checked with the folks at Jamestown Dist and it's OK to paint two coats of
Trindad SR on bare fiberglass.  It's a good hard paint, with lots of copper.
BTW - that was Christian in the jumpsuit.
