Wally,
	Increase your ventilation permanently with a solar Nicro that fits
easily into the bow vent.  It makes a significant difference the whole year.
There is less moisture all the time in cabin and fresher air. 
	Installation required no cutting, just unscrewing vent fixture and
screwing in new retainer ring and the screwing vent to retainer ring.  The
plastic is only about 1" high on the deck causing no problems with lines.
Stow your anchor line in a plastic container/basket as has been discussed
