Russ, here are the details:
Right now it's a 2nd house but I'm thinking about retiring. When I do, 
we'll sell this house and move. The new house is about 2 miles from the 
blinking light in RH out in the country - an old farmhouse that has been 
completely renovated on a very small lot. We'll be about 3 miles from the 
boat in her slip at Swan Creek.
