	As I recall, you successfully navigated this sea.  However, he does
not tell us some important information.  He fails to tell us his operating
system, what type computer he uses, specifically tell us the steps he taken
that do not work, you know all the details that would help resolve his
issues.
	We have a number of heavy weight computer consultants on this list.
I am sure that if Mark would provide the important details and demonstrate
some persistence, we might be able to get him going.  Since Mark Kaynor
jumped ship, we need a new computer expert to help these Newbies navigate.
