[Rhodes22-list] Practical Sailor on Anchoring

Michael,

Unbeknownst to me when I started talking about anchoring, PS is just 
coming out with a new anchoring report.  Haven't seen it yet.  IMHO they 
don't know what they are talking about on this matter.
