     From Stan's reply, he is waiting for you.  However, call him to confirm your plans.
     Now the next question.  Are you flying in?  The plant is just accross the road from the airport.  Or are you driving in.  What is your proposed route? 
     And another subject, food.  Stan loves to take people to his favorit place, the Golden Corral.  He loves the buffet.  However, after making a 500 mile trip and you have seen all the chain restaurants, I encourage looking for something local.  
     Unfortunately, Edenton is not the place for local fair.  The hurricane a year or so ago took out the place downtown.  But it was style rather than substance.  There are two possiblilities that I suggest, others may have more.  
      First there is Lane's.  Very plain, but very local on hwy 32 by the RR tracks and o.k.
      Second, on the other side of the bridge on Hwy 32 south is a place on the east side.  It is fancier and ok.  Just as you hit land, it is there on the east side of the road.
       If you stay at the Spitzer Palace, take your own snacks and coffee.  And, yes there is heat.  Also, out in the wood shop there is a 55 gal drum with a smoke stack if you want to make a fire.
