[Rhodes22-list] Sailing Technique Question

I also cross sheet all the time.  It makes so much sense, I forget that 
not everyone does it.

I always sail my boat upright, and adjust the sails so that the boat 
remains upright pretty much all the time.  Easy to do with the 175 and 
IMF.  I also move sheets inward when the wind is coming from where I 
want to go.

I sail from Captains Seats which put me further outboard than Rummy, and 
further astern.  I don't like to put the pop top down, and don't like to 
sail from the lower boom position.  Furling the 175 and IMF 
automatically lowers the sails.
