John,
As Stan pointed out in the 40 years of making and selling, using and
sailing thousands of Rhodes 22, no one has ever died as a result. And no
one has died because of a design deficiency or stupidity. In the few short
years the boat has been built a number of people have died on McGregor 26's
while operating them, in one case after pulling up the anchor and motoring a
couple hundred feet at low speed. I can't say enough good things about the
Rhodes 22.
