FYI, after our discussion on anchor and deck lights, very probable some of you will want to look at these lights.  Very low draw, and they fit into conventional light cases.  In the case of West they can be obtained through 800# special order only, but are available.  The specs look impressive, especially for those who don't really want to climb or step/unstep the mast.  I have not tried them, but expect to as soon as practical.
