Tom, Quoting from the book "Get Rid of Boat Odors", which is really all about toilets and plumbing for sewage, under advantages of portapotties (pg 9): - Can be permanently installed for pumpout, elimintating the need to carry it off the boat. I gather they've done that. Dave
