[Rhodes22-list] Extension on trailer

Don,
Well, FIRST don't try to pull the pins on your extension while you're on
the ramp. IF you are able to get them out (I hope not), I'll bet you can
guess where your boat and the rest of your trailer is gonna' go....
Right .... you'll just be standing there looking at a tongue extension
(and nothing else) hanging off the back of your truck.
You pull your tongue extension out up on flat ground where your trailer
isn't gonna' want to roll around. Remember to put the pins back in once
you have the extension pulled out. Use wheel chocks if the ground isn't
flat enough for the trailer to sit still.
Park on the flat.
Put your tongue jack down and disconnect from the hitch ball. Pull the
light plug.
Pull your vehicle ahead.
Extend your tongue. Remember to put the pins back in.
Back your vehicle up and reattach your coupler to the hitch ball.
Raise your tongue jack back up.
Launch
