We're planning a trip down that way this summer. My wife is a history 
teacher and we're planning to visit some "War of Northern Aggression" 
(isn't that what they call it down there?) battlefield sites. I'm not 
sure if there were any battles at Edenton, but it's on my must see 
list of sites.
