David,
I have the Tohatsu with Remote Control. I think Rummy has one too. I
mount the remote on my stern rail. I prefer the remote location there
because you face the direction you are going, push forward to go
forward, pull back to go backward.
Bruce has a similar control on his Yamaha.
I like the lightweight Tohatsu engines in all sizes. I would get a 4
stroke if only something would happen to my 2 stroke, but it's still
running better than most new 4 strokes.
Here we go again.
