[Rhodes22-list] Swivel lock on 9.9 ??

I have an older Yamaha 9.9.  I often have trouble releasing or  engaging the 
swivel lock, but once it's locked it's OK.  As I recall, it's  a pretty simple 
mechanism.  Have you examined the lock closely to see why  it's failing (pin 
not extending down far enough, or locking plate  broken?).  According to the 
manual, the locking plate is designed to break  if it is pushed too hard.
