This doesn't have much to do with sailing, or the Rhodes 22, but I'm  
curious, how does and illegal alien file a tax return?  Do they have  legitimate 
SSNs?  Are they somehow putting themselves at risk by  acknowledging they are in 
the country with a tax filing?
