Elle,
This list is more like a family than any other sailing forum you will  
experience. Since the list is actually supported (Michael owns and operates the  
list) by the owners, not the factory or Sailnet or anyone else, we tend to be  
more friendly than other lists. We do not bully newbies, but try to get enough  
information so that we can be on a first name basis.
