[Rhodes22-list] Boom Room Update

Art, I'm not sure when I'll make it to NC. I think my boat is about done
but I've immersed myself in the new job in Seattle so need to figure out
when I can escape for a few days. I'm still hoping to be one of the first
boom room customers.
