I sent you a reply earlier today that evidently got lost somehow.  I'll try
again.

The company I used is no longer in business, but this company is one I was
also considering:  http://www.waterfurnace.com/.

I don't see why an existing well couldn't be used to supply an open-loop
system, provided it could supply an adequate volume of water.
