Rummy,

Yesterday, I stopped by the think tank where I am
professor emeritus of all things, the Memphis
Institute of Peace and Prosperity, also known as RP
Tracks Bar & Grill.  The Institute is selling new
T-shirts with the following slogan:  Drink Beer,
Cheaper Than Gas - Drink!  Don't Drive!
