     1.  Do you have a cd dirve that burns cd's?  If yes the burn a copy of
all files that you want.  Your problem may happen again.
     2.  Contact the service center that did the work last time and tell
them what is going on.  Get a specific answer on the certificate issue.
     3.  Did you get system disks when you got the computer?  After you save
any files that you want to keep to CD, then you shoule be able to format the
hard drive and reload.  It does take time, that is why sevice people are
charging for the service.
      4  It may be worth the $100-150 fee for the service center to format
and reload.  Microsoft problems do not vanish but get worse until the thing
dies.
