Ah, yes... The Montgomery County mantra at election time.
As a judge of elections when I lived there, it was my job
to "sort the fly shit from pepper with boxing gloves", 
the gloves in this case a set of very deficient election 
laws and procedures.  We were not allowed to ask for 
identification as a SOP, and could not challange every
voter.
