He gladly signs EVERYTHING and then attaches the now-infamous "signing
statement" which says he doesn't really have to recognize the bill as law.
This is outrageous!  In doing that, doesn't it render the whole judicial
process completely benign and pointless?  Explain to me again why this
country is not currently under a dictatorship.
