[Rhodes22-list] ? for Mark Putnam on club

Ed, whether or not I have a cleat is besides the point to me ... if I don't have it, I'll get it.  
 
I want to know what exactly it is that Stan and others are recommending I ATTACH to the cleat, Ed.

     Does your boat have the "the cleat on the cb cowling"?  That might give
you a clue...
