[Rhodes22-list] Tiller Mounted Throttle Control

We've got an 89 refurbished by Stan with the UPP, this includes a tiller  
mounted motor control (throttle, shift, and kill switch).  The  controls are to a 
Yamaha 9.9, other motors may have different control  configuration and may 
not lend themselves as well to mounting on the  tiller.  A photo should be 
attached to this post showing the  arrangement.  It's worked well for us and it's 
the factory solution, I  recommend it.
