Thanks. On that note of encouragement, I'm going to bed.  You can bet I'll
try everything you suggested.  On a positive note, this might make a good
party car - no need for a designated driver.

Would have given you a heads-up call on the visit to the Gulf but we had a
full schedule.  I visited at length with the gal who manages our place in
Long Beach while the owner is in Iraq.  She works for the city and is in the
know.  LB may not be quite as sleepy when this is all over but it sounds
like the master plan is nice.
