Rory,
I found replacement parts for what looks like our hatch:
http://www.taylormadegroup.com/frames/fshome.html

But I couldn't find any mention of screens except on another website:
http://www.go2marine.com/product.do?no=114530F
Not sure if that's the hatch in question.

You could always fabricate your own. Screening is available from a
number of sources including Defender and Sailrite.

You can buy screens all made up that fit over the hatch:
http://www.boathatchscreens.com/
or http://camdenboatstore.com/product_info.php/products_id/5864
or
http://shop.sailboatowners.com/category.htm?cart=1159407712518068&fno=400&cat=2001
or as part of breeze catching system http://www.breezebooster.com/moreinfo.html

We only have one cabin hatch and have been working on a screen that
zips into the front of our poptop enclosure and will enable us to
leave the hatch open. It's not ready for prime time yet. Maybe I'll
have time to work on it over the winter or next summer.

Saw your note about the damage over Labor Day weekend. Hope it's
better now. Were you out sailing Labor Day Monday? We ended up making
a last minute decision to stay at Knapps Narrows Sunday night (and of
course didn't contact you because we didn't think we were going to be
there). As we were sailing for La Trappe Creek on Monday we thought
we saw a boat that might have been a R22 sailing along Tilghman
Island. We were too far away to turn back and check it out and we
really weren't sure.

Best,
