Thanks for that input, it's the sort of thing that never appears in  
promotional material.  Only a user would know.  I don't think the  Lowrance iFinder 
alarms are even that loud. It's too bad these things don't  come with really 
loud alarms - I think I'd miss a wristwatch alarm.   Particularly for an anchor 
alarm, I think you'd want something that would  definitely wake you up if you 
were anchoring overnight.
