[Rhodes22-list] Probable leak in Bow Railing

That is a fair observation .. The 9.9hp 4 stroke engine is hard to overcome
between its weight and position.
Not much weight (except the overweight captain) is aft of center other than
the fuel tanks and there is not a whole lot I can do about that
