[Rhodes22-list] lines - This is for Elle, again

Hi, Leland,

No, the slip is not narrow....it is a dockside tie-up
w/ outboard pilings...it's the huge tides we've been
having. To have enough slack to let it drop on the
extreme lows yet keep it off the dock on the high has
been tricky. I settled for letting the boat just bump
against the dock (got lots of padding on the dock plus
fenders also) if the strong wind pushed it . Otherwise
the cinder block on the outboard spring line holds it
off nicely...

I'd been adjusting the lines on the extremes these
last few days with the strong winds & tides...thought
I'd had it...forgot to mark them before we went out
tonite...now I have to do it
 .....all.......over.......again...

;^)
