Rummy,

The stuff burns great and makes a good substitute for MTBE.  What this
country really needs is a nationwide standard for auto fuel so each region
doesn't have its own boutique fuel blend.  I thought that stations selling
ethanol blends were supposed to label the pumps as such but that isn't
always the case.  E-85 fuel is great for cars but horrible for boats and
other applications where water absorption is a problem.  Ethanol has a place
in the mix but we wouldn't be energy independent if we planted the nation
coast to coast with corn.  Don't tell the Iowa Corn Growers Association
that, especially if you're running for President.
