knew they had their plans and were moving ahead...know quite a few of the members....there was a plan at one point to move them back from the water but looks like that got vetoed...good...on the water is best for a yacht club...there will be some raised eyebrows when they read the part about them being second oldest...har har...not even close....a group of New Orleanians just happened to be at the coast when they formed Southern....what was left, well, got left....bet it is up and running in no time...can't wait....we usually sail there during July but doubt it will happen this year....have some dear friends who live at the Pass, but haven't even had the time to go see their new house...soon, I hope...will drop a line if I get a chance to pop over, just to see if you might be available for lunch....good hearing from you...
