I knew they had some kind of limit and it had to do with avoiding 
some kind of government scrutiny.    Unfortunately for PayPal users, 
your transaction total isn't shown anywhere obvious where you can 
track it.  If you hit the limit, you have to close that account and 
open a new one... start all over again.

The best way I know to find where you stand on your transaction total 
is to download your entire history in comma-delimited format (use a 
start date of 01/01/1990 thru the current date).  Open that with 
Excel and do a sum on the "Balance" column.
