The ruling from the chair is only a openly identified Naval Academy Grad can
call for a point of order on this issue.  With the futher limitation is that
he could not have suffered any broken bones while at the Navel Academy which
may have taken him out of action.  Especially if they limped off a field of
play.

Captain Rummy has issued a challange which went declined.  Anybody formerly
associated with the Naval Academy would have accepted such issue to save the
flag.

You will have to bring a Rhodes 22 to Big Water Marina to solicit details.
