[Rhodes22-list] Bill's Bilge Pump Puzzle

Art,

Stan once told me that when he brings in a boat for recycle he always
removes the bilge pumps and only puts a new one back if the new owner
absolutely insists.  Now that I have solved the rain issue, I will not
install an elec pump but will use a manual stick style pump for emergencies.
