have to make things right."  John, only liberals believe that statement.  In
America you are free to live where you want.  In South Carolina we are
constantly hassled by people living in flood plains and wanting the county
to move the creek.  It was a known problem with New Orleans all you had to
do was read.  Living in a flood plane is a bad thing to do.  That is why the
land is cheaper and the houses always for sale.  

We have a good adult literacy program in Greenville if you need to learn how
to read.  You do not have to be super bright to be able to read.  Ordinary
people do read and exercise comnon sense.
