Hank,

When I was NYC based I used Penn Station all the time to catch the LIRR out
to lovely Hemstead for flights departing JFK. However, I didn't spend that
much time around Penn. If you find yourself in need of a cold beer while in
Manhattan there is a bar called the Patriot at the corner of Church and
Chelsea in Lower Manhattan that has $2.50 longnecks, both kinds of music,
Country and Western, and all the barkeeps are aspiring actresses. I just
went there for the cheap beer and the music.
