[Rhodes22-list] tension of stays

Cliff, note that the directions provided in the link are for standard main.
If you have standard main no problem but if you have IMF you do not want to
create any bend in the mast. The key is to get mast straight. I tighten
uppers first then lowers. Hand tight is enough.
